About Finca Las Flores: Established in 1990 by the Vergara family, Finca Las Flores began with 2 hectares of Caturra and Colombia variety coffee trees. Over the years, the farm has expanded to 14 hectares, cultivating diverse varieties, including the rare Chiroso. This unique varietal, believed to be linked to Ethiopian landraces, is celebrated for its elongated beans and exceptional cup quality.
