Crafted to showcase depth, vibrancy, and structure, this blend brings together two standout washed coffees from Africa and Latin America. We paired the floral brightness and citrus lift of Colombia’s El Diviso with the jammy sweetness and cocoa depth of a Rwanda washed lot to create a cup that is both expressive and grounded.
The Colombian component comes from the highlands of Huila, where meticulous washed processing brings out vivid notes of blackcurrant, passionfruit, and lemon zest. Complementing this is a beautifully balanced Rwandan coffee, layered with flavors of cooked berries, burnt sugar, and velvety cacao.
Together, they form a rich and complex espresso—bright, silky, and fruit-forward, finishing with notes of cocoa and dark sugar.
