Grown in Sedi Village, Gera, this coffee comes from Seid Kemal’s farm and washing station, where he partners with 40 smallholders to produce outstanding lots. Careful washed processing, with 60–72 hours fermentation and dual-stage drying, highlights bright citrus acidity, floral aromatics, and honeyed sweetness.
